Our Story

Lori and Jessie met in March of 2009 when they worked together at a salon in Allentown. They became quick friends due to their shared passions for shopping (especially shoes!), cooking and checking out new restaurants, reading, animals and of course the fashion and beauty industry. In January of 2011, the dynamic duo took a trip to Atlantic City for Jessie’s birthday. After a lucky spin at the roulette wheel and a couple martinis, they decided to join Lori’s many years of salon experience and Jessie’s education in business and skin care to pursue their dream of opening their very own salon. Lori always thought Cherry Bomb Salon would be a funky and distinctive name for a salon, Jessie enthusiastically agreed. Within a week, they found the perfect location on Main Street in Coopersburg and signed the lease. By the beginning of March (after 4 weeks of painting, shopping and soooo many decisions), Cherry Bomb Salon was open for business.
